Below is your special workout program for Thursday, October 11th
I want you to redo last Thursday’s workout because you didn’t complete it and your times were way off.  You need to do the correct times this week. Do this workout at the upper field.  The program is 8 x 810m on the dirt track in under 3:08 each with only 3 minutes rest between them.  Make sure to warm up and cool down properly.
